Don’t pay a penny for UK deliveries when you spend over £199! To qualify, your order must be shipped to mainland UK address. If it is available, a free delivery option will be shown when you check out; please select this option as your delivery method to ensure free delivery. Addresses outside the UK won’t qualify for free delivery, nor will addresses in the postcodes/areas listed below. However, you will still enjoy a discount on your shipping!

Standard delivery is £8.95 for orders under £199, except to surcharge areas. For orders over £199, standard delivery is FREE, except to surcharge areas.

Fast Tracking and Saturday Deliveries

For faster delivery, utilize our Fast Tracking option, Fee is in addition to other applicable delivery charges.

Saturday deliveries must be prearranged with our team, with extra costs applicable.

 

Dispatch Estimates and Free Next Day Delivery

Specific dispatch estimates for each product are available on our product pages.

Opting for Free Next Day Delivery during checkout ensures same-day dispatch if ordered before 11 am (Monday to Friday).

 

Same Day Dispatch

“Same Day Dispatch” applies to orders placed before 11 am that meet the qualification criteria. Orders after 11 am will dispatch the next working day.

While we use a next working day service for dispatch via DHL, allow 1-2 working days for delivery due to factors like long length delays, transit issues, or delivery to courier surcharge areas.

Orders between 11.01 am Friday and 11.00 am Monday dispatch on Monday.

Please note that while we fast-track processing, production, and dispatch, external factors may affect delivery. It’s not a guaranteed service, and issues like stock shortages or high quantities may impact dispatch.

 

Customs Duties for International Deliveries

Customers outside the UK are responsible for any taxes, customs duties, or related charges for deliveries to their locations.

Provide a local mobile number for smooth delivery and easy contact by local customs agencies.

 

Additional Information and Parcel Restrictions

  • Fast-track deliveries require a signature.
  • Parcel size restrictions may affect timescales, especially for lengths over 1.4 meters.
  • Standard VAT is charged, and customers can claim back any applicable VAT.
  • Deliveries are handled by DHL, TNT, and DPD through a UK pallet network.

 

Delivery Restrictions

Be aware of location restrictions, including small cul-de-sacs, dead-end roads, narrow roads, or uneven surfaces. Inform us of any access issues, such as low-hanging trees or gravel driveways, so that suitable delivery arrangements may be made.

 

Delivery Timeframes Disclaimer

While we strive to meet estimated timescales, delays may occur due to unforeseen factors. It is advisable to book tradespeople after delivery to install the product, to ensure the products are checked for defects and that components are complete.

 

Returns and Damages

 

Returns Under Distance Selling Regulations

You can return items for a refund within 14 working days under Distance Selling Regulations. Conditions apply (refer to Terms & Conditions Clause 19).

 

Damages and Reporting

Report damaged or defective goods within 48 hours of receipt. Call our customer service team, and we’ll promptly address issues, arranging replacements if necessary. Retain original packaging for potential collection.

 

Parcel Damage Instructions

If packaging is damaged, sign for the item as ‘damaged’ and contact us. For undamaged parcels, sign as ‘unchecked.’ Contact our customer service within 48 hours for damaged items.

 

Undeliverable Items and Re-Delivery Fees

Courier services attempt delivery twice, holding items for 5 days. Failure to arrange re-delivery may result in the item being returned to us, incurring a re-delivery fee.
